Summary
A Russian airstrike on a village in eastern Ukraine killed more than twenty civilians this morning, another brutal reminder of a war that has dragged on for more than three years. At the same time, antisemitic violence and political moves emboldening Hamas show how distorted narratives are reshaping global opinion against Israel. Georgetown professor Paul Miller calls this the “Marvelization of reality,” where complex conflicts are reduced to simple scripts of villains and heroes.
