Aron welcomes Bruno Fallon back to the podcast. Bruno is the Director of Operations for Born Primitive Tactical, retired military serviceman with 40+ years for active duty and DOD service. As training, fitness, and health are paramount for both Bruno and Aron, they dive into diet, exercise, the sugar epidemic, and the importance of daily water intake.Little more about Bruno: Bruno retired in 2023 from a combined 40+ years of active duty and DOD government civilian service. His active-duty service was as a US Army Ranger, Special Forces operator, and Night Stalker flight lead. Bruno accumulated over eight years of combat/imminent danger service while on active duty. He then spent over a decade as a civilian with Naval Special Warfare Development Group in their operations directorate and as the director of urban training. Bruno was recruited by Born Primitive in late 2022 to develop our Tactical apparel and create a line best suited for law enforcement and global military units to better conduct their mission.

0:57.6	operator for 30 years. My last assignment was with the Navy Special Operations Unit as a liaison and I
1:06.5	ended up staying with them for another 10 plus years as a government civilian so
1:10.8	40 plus years in the special operations arena recruited almost a year ago
1:17.4	today actually by Born Primitive to run the Born Primitive tactical division
1:21.8	which we officially launched on 25 October.

1:29.7	I got a lot of hands on in this, and we're moving vertical quick on it and as you know be tied very
