Stu Mandel, is off this week. He's taken a little bit of a vacation, but we have a really good guest today to fill in for Stu. And he is Neil Brown, the head coach at West Virginia,

who is a very thoughtful coach on a lot of subjects. And I thought it'd be interesting to get Neil's perspective on a lot of what has been going on for the past couple of months.

I mean, whatever it is to kind of, I guess, decompress for a minute. So let's start there. Like,

so obviously you're working, but it's a different environment. What has the last couple of months

been like for you?

Zoom, Zoom, Zoom.

Not just, you know, trying to try to manage people remotely.

It's been unique.

It's been challenging.

I think I've grown in a lot of ways.

I think I've probably grown in a lot of ways.

But it's been different.

I think that's a simple word, but it's the best, probably the best word I can use to describe it. It's been different. So when you're in the middle
