involving alleged sexual abuse of little children at the Main Street University for Kids Daycare.

If you haven't been following this story, it's just a horrible story.

Multiple people have been charged.

kids, it's just one of the worst, worst things imaginable. Joining us now on the WIBC hotline

to give us an update on what's going on. They're representing several of the alleged victims

Can you give us an update on the criminal side about what's going on? Yes, so not only have the

owners and the perpetrator, or we would say

alleged perpetrator been charged, now the entity itself has been charged, which was an unusual move,

but it allows the prosecutor's office now to not only go against the owners who are actively

owning it, but any investors in this daycare.

And part of that, that is really laid out in that probable cause affidavit, were the steps

that they are alleging that the owners actually took to cover up the allegations of abuse

that were coming into them so that they were not reported to DCS or police.

Gabriel Garner is the name of the guy who was initially arrested, what, I believe, 48 counts of child molestation, exploitation, acts of sexual gratification, possession of child pornography. I mean, this is a massive,

massive allegation against this guy, right? I mean, this is, this is heinous.
