This is my problem with first of all brokers.

So first beef brokers.

They freaking, I feel like they don't train their realtors correctly.

I feel like, like kind of what I was saying when I first

started. Thank God I had a team lead. So I had a team lead and then I had a broker.

And my broker, my team lead and broker had different opinions on how business should be ran and I could even

talk about commissions for example I remember I would get a 5% commission right on a listing

when I first started.

And I don't know if it still works like this, but your broker had a sign off on that listing

agreement, right? There's a place for the broker, the sign.

Yes, I think it broke for so long, but yes they do yes. Yes. Well if that

broker saw anything below 6% he'd be like hey Brian what happened? Why are you why are you doing

5% go back and tell them six. Tell them this, this and this and then go back. And I'd be like, what? Like what are you talking about?

Like I'm getting 5% on a 300 400 K house for me that's a lot at the time and you're

potentially having me lose a client by going back did you do didn't. You're like I tried. I know but my team lead protected me because you know I'm saying I worked under him so he would kind of talk to the broker but that was my first like understanding like okay some of these brokers

have no idea what's going on. Well most of them have it like first of all they're

they're competing with you a lot of cases so a lot of the brokers and the team

leaders are actually competing with the agents, right?

So they're not teaching them and they don't know how to do half of what they're doing.

They have baseball a couple of homes a year.

So it's very bad advice.
