0:28.7	running. First up, Broken Arrow, three days of incredible racing in one of my favorite places in
0:34.6	the world. The three premier events are the Ascent on Friday, the 46K on
0:39.9	Saturday, and the 23K on Sunday each with many of the top athletes on planet Earth stepping
0:46.8	to the start line. Both the Ascent and 46K are qualifiers for Team USA for the vertical and short
0:53.8	trail teams at September's World Championships.
0:57.0	And the 23K, of course, is part of the Golden Trail World Series, arguably the most exciting
1:02.5	racing series on the planet. Those will be the focus of Free Trail's coverage. We'll be doing
1:08.8	commentary, analysis, predictions, athlete interviews,
