Well, you knew it was going to be about money, didn't you?

You knew it was going to be the salaries.

But let me just put it in context for you.

There are certain people on the list who will be going through it and going, I mean,

it seems to me that there are loads and loads of people who earn

150,000 pounds upwards. Now, believe you me, in this day and age, 150,000, whichever way you look at it,

in terms of audiences, this is what people are paid for. You are paid to get an audience.

Somebody wrote to me the other day and said,

you really have no concept of how radio operates. I've been in it 40 years. I've got a rough idea.

You know, if you don't pull an audience, they don't want you. It's as simple as that.

No point in having somebody who kills an audience stone dead. So Chris Evans, now the reason

that Chris Evans' money is down at 2.25 million is I'm assuming that will be into a company.
