Since I launched the show,

Women in the Workplace has become an international topic of conversation,

but it's still very personal.

I ask questions like the one I posed to former Financial Times columnist, Mrs Moneypenny.

You say you don't believe in a glass ceiling.

What do you mean?

I don't think there's ever been any lack of opportunity for women in my lifetime.

I think there has been nothing standing in the way of women's progress other than their ability to make choices.

That sparked some debate.

So there's plenty of research that shows you that there's a class feeling.
