This is my wrap up on this series on anxiety, though running parallel with it was the topic of trauma. My muse and resident expert was Britt Frank, a survivor of much trauma and trial. Britt is a renowned therapist and author of The Science of Stuck: Breaking Through Inertia to Find Your Path Forward.
