I know, but it's going to be like this for a little while. I forgot to mention in our last show,

I am taking a little hiatus from my hosting duties because I'm working on a book

and I'm also in my doing my day job, which is lecturing at university and, you know,

there's kids need someone to teach them. So I thought I need to put my nose in them books for a little

bit over the next term. But I'm very glad that we're going to still see each other

every Thursday, because what would I do without you, Helena? The feeling is absolutely mutual,

as always. Absolute pleasure to have you tonight. Speaking of which, coming up tonight,

we talk to a UNICEF spokesperson, Tessess Ingram about starvation in Gaza.

Russian strikes overnight on Ukraine's capital Kiev have sparked an international incident after British Council and EU buildings were damaged in the attack. This was the moment a compound

containing the British Council offices in Kiev was struck twice at around 5.4 a.m. this morning.

Here you can see the damage to the building, the grey one in the background, along with the surrounding areas.

Windows were blown out and interior structures destroyed in what is being described as major damage.

The Council Security Guard was also injured but is in stable condition.

Also hit was the European Union delegation building nearby.
