And today, I'm joined by somebody that I met at a wedding in the summer of a friend of mine,

and that's Julius Roberts. And I've known about Judas for a very long time and followed him on Instagram along, I may say,

with the million other followers, he has. So I'm not unique. But it was really lovely to meet

him then. And it's really lovely to have you, Julius, on the podcast today.

It's such a joy to be here.

I really want to talk about his whole history of going from being a chef and then into setting up a small holding in Suffolk and then moving to Dorset.

But we'll come on to that.

But the thing that is really wonderful about Julius, well, lots of things,

but I really love his book, which is the farm table.

And yesterday I was actually going into central London for a board meeting,

which isn't something that makes my heart sing particularly strongly, I have to admit.

And I started reading Julius's book because I always try and read as much of the books

that I'm going to talk about as possible on the podcast.
