Hi everyone, welcome to Add Home with Sally. I'm Sally Clarkson and I have the biggest

privilege in the world to be with so many friends from all over the world who join me every

week to listen to my stories, inspiration, biblical encouragement. And I am just so glad

that you're here today. Thanks so much for joining me.

Hello my friends, I'm so happy to have you join me today. This is Sally and I am presently

in St. Andrews in Scotland. And I'm having such a delightful time and I was thinking maybe

you thought that some angels had joined me to sing on my podcast today. Well it's very

nearly true for me because the angels happen to be very special people to me. I'm sitting

here next to my son Joel who is studying here in St. Andrews for his PhD and joy is in

the other room putting together a cheese and salami board and we're about to eat a great dinner.

And I just said Joel let's quickly record a podcast to tell our friends what in the

world we're doing right now. So welcome Joel, so glad you're with me. Thank you, it's great

to be here. Joel can you tell everyone what was it that they just listened to? Well you

just heard one of my original compositions called May the Peace which is kind of a

conglomeration of different texts but I wanted to this past year with the pandemic has been

a challenge because I as a composer have loved being part of a church locally here where

I've been able to contribute to the liturgy and to sing in the liturgy and to just participate

in worship in that way with my local community. And it's been as I'm sure it has been for

many of you as well, very difficult that I haven't been able to be in person with them.

So people sharing in worship with my church community. And so I thought it just occurred

to me one day I was with joy and we were kind of feeling glum and I just said wouldn't

it be fun if between you and me we just recorded a few of these original compositions that
