I am a writer and a comedian, and I do have sex. So I'm excited to be here and talk about it.

And tell us about the exciting thing that just came out. Yeah, I just, I wrote a book. I used to work in tech and it's kind of about like women in the workplace. It's a humor book. And I'm straight. Great. Okay. Where did you grow up from? What's your country of origin,

city of origin, religion of origin? Like, what are all of those things for you?

I am a New Yorker.

I'm white.

I grew up not religious.

My parents weren't religious, but I went to Catholic school.

So I feel like I associate with Catholicism because we did all the sacraments in school.

And it was Catholic school like five through 18.

Like I was there the whole time.

Have you watched Fleabag? Oh, I have. Oh, God. I mean, so erotic. The Neil moment? I were just like, oh. Yeah, I know. I had to watch that many times. I watched that episode four or five times. Oh, yeah, totally. specific scene just like oh yeah i didn't i didn't know i could be so horny like while crying

Yeah, I grew up in New York City and I came out to California, to the Bay Area, like for college and afterwards. I lived in San Francisco for a few years. And then I started doing stand-up comedy and I was like, bye, San Francisco. I just needed to go somewhere else. So I went back to New York for a little while to regroup. And then I came to Los Angeles, which I'm loving so far. Fuck yeah. How long have you been here? I've been here like in March, but I keep leaving. So I feel like I've been here like a few months. So when you were in San Francisco, is that where you were working your tech job, where you experienced some toxic masculinity in the workplace? Yeah, a lot of toxic masculinity in the workplace. Yeah, it was, I was maybe on like three teams total and two of them were all men and like my bosses were always all men and it was just, I mean, it varied from stuff that was like so egregious. It was funny almost. Like I had one coworker who used to like yell pussy a lot and like he thought it was funny to ask me if I had like been at the gynecologist when I came late and I was like it's so weird I was like I also
