I'm fresh off Royal Caribbean's Brilliance of the Seas, a four-night cruise to the Western Caribbean,

and I wanted to share my cruise review on this week's episode.

As I mentioned, I'm just back off of Royal Caribbean's brilliance of the season.

I'm actually recording this episode a mere few hours from walking off the ship.

I can still smell the Windjamere food if I was still there.

But it was a fantastic cruise.

This was a four-night cruise that I booked

as a solo. I only booked this cruise about a couple weeks ago. Initially, I was booked on

Brilliance of the Seas to go in January, but we ended up canceling that cruise in order to do

a family ski trip, you know, priorities, change things up a little bit, but I kind of really

wanted to get back on brilliance. Before the pandemic,

I really liked going on brilliance of the seas, cruising out of Tampa, something that I have not done since the pandemic started, and there was a good rate for, you know, an ocean view

cabin, kind of at the last minute. And I thought on myself, well, why not? And by why not,

I really asked my wife, why can't I go or please, please, may I go on another cruise?

And after some haggling and a player to be named later in cash considerations, an agreement was

reached and I was able to book a four-night cruise on Royal Caribbean's Brilliance of the Seas.

And this was a four-night cruise that only visited one port, which is Costa Maya,

which is kind of interesting. Usually when we've done a brilliance four-night cruise,

it's almost always a stop in Cozumel. So something a little bit different here. And I thought
