been years in the making that I am really excited to share with you and I'm going to kind of leave you hanging a little bit because I want to explain the context and the background behind this announcement so that you understand fully where I'm coming from.

closing in on a decade and something that has bothered me

that kind of stemmed from my own personal journey.

So from years of chronic dieting, from years of trying different programs and not seeing success,

and honestly the way that the diet industry operates right now I just

feel like there is a massive gap that needs to be bridged and I'm going to explain that from just what I personally

went through, and then what I see other coaches,

other programs, what's being perpetuated right now in the space.

And so for me, trying a bunch of different diets

and constantly landing back at square one,

I realized ultimately that it was a flawed system because I used to blame myself.

I used to go through a program.

I would see temporary results and then I would gain the weight back I would feel frustrated feel like a failure

and every single time that I went through that process and it was a lot of different times

it was always the fact that I was the common denominator.

Like it didn't matter what program I was trying.

It didn't matter whether it was like a meal plan.

It didn't matter if it was like a macro program.

It didn't matter if it was a challenge.
