0:09.0	So we expand our point of view and realize that we live in a neighborhood,

0:18.0	and that can only happen through love and compassion.
0:21.6	So when you take all of this that I'm saying into self-reflection,
0:27.6	and you do in your own spiritual work of self-love and appreciation via meditation and prayer,
