0:30.1	anything and everything that you are feeling before God in prayer.
0:34.5	I ask my best friend, Dave Lomis, who is the pastor of reality San Francisco and is
0:40.2	a great leader on kind of the intersection of the gospel and racial justice and a multi-ethnic

1:05.3	I was asked today to kick off a week-long meditation on lament.
1:11.8	So we'll start out our week by briefly talking about three things.
1:16.2	What is a lament?
1:18.0	What are we lamenting and how can we lament?
1:22.8	First, what is a lament?
1:26.0	Hence are prayers and petitions that come from a felt need.
1:32.0	They are not simply complaints or even expressions of sadness over something difficult or painful.
