With NBA media days behind us and preseason games under way, we are officially counting down the days until the start of the NBA season on October 22. I think there's some good excitement about the season. There's a handful of teams that have a real chance to win it. There's a lot of

interest in teams like the Knicks. I don't think the Knicks have ever had this much

excitement coming into a season since I've been covering the league.

There's a fascination with LeBron and Bronnie James playing together and what that could mean,
