The big idea here is that the grace of God has appeared. That's a way of talking about Jesus

It's often how New Testament writers talk about Jesus' first coming, second coming.

The grace of God has appeared.

It's like grace has a face and it's Jesus.

He's come and he has brought salvation for all people, even creans.

And the grace that saves also changes.
