So this is pictures for me just this last week. This is me doing a trap bar deadlift and I've been working with a great

posture and your lower back and funny enough I was just listening to Joe Rogin he had one of the strong men on his show and he said the

deadlift is the worst thing you can do to your body.

And this is a really important thing to think about because these strong men are saying the

It's one of the worst things you can do.

And I had Eddie Hall on here, one of the strong men, he won world strongest man in 2017.

Which is amazing what he's doing but they said stop doing this lift so this is one of the things I did to optimize my fitness.
