0:45.1	to get themselves a plan. Today they're about to launch a 24-7 vaccination program while revealing
0:50.0	that over 2.6 million vaccines have now been administered in the country and there are now 21 million
0:55.7	doses here ready to go. What that means is all people in the top foremost vulnerable categories
1:00.4	can be vaccinated by February the 15th. That is surely enough reason to have hoped that Boris Johnson
1:05.7	can now formulate some kind of plan, as I suggested yesterday, for the lifting of some of the
1:10.2	restrictions, particularly on top of some of the restrictions,
1:15.5	particularly on top of the news that people who have had COVID have got 85% protection against getting reinfected.
1:17.2	With the numbers of people who have had it reaching the millions, surely we must be heading
1:21.2	towards herd immunity, just like Professor Neil Ferguson said at the weekend.
