And it's another Brexit week here in the EU's institutional hometown,

with plenty of commotion surrounding the third round of negotiations to hammer out the terms and conditions of the UK's divorce from the block.

And let's be frank, there's been some grumpiness going around, some frayed tempers.

Yesterday we reported European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker saying that Britain's proposal at this stage was unsatisfactory.

And in Brussels, when something's described as unsatisfactory, it means that resentment is simmering.

Or is it? Could this just be the kind of posturing you'd expect at moments like these?
