having me here I'm awesome well you know you are a West Point grad you are a extreme to me disciplinary and although it me me

me with a compassion and I think a lot of people see through the most competitive I think

academic institutions we have which are military institutions a great form of discipline and strategy that are incorporated

in your education, but what they don't see is how you lead through compassion.

Don't prepping this is all right from the start that is a tough question right but

yeah West Point is a very disciplined place right right? If you can't embody discipline and focus

and routinization of what you do,

you're just not going to be successful and I think that that model of

discipline and that model of look there is no excuse which is what they teach you

there you have four answers when you go there yes sir no excuse or no excuse or no sir I do not understand or no excuse or is always

the only answer that ever applies right but in But in that kind of context, there's no excuse, and what they try to

inculcate is there's no excuse for not doing what you say you're going to do, right? So there is a lot of discipline implied in that and a lot of preparation and
