My apologies, baseball season has a tendency to disrupt even your best laid plans. So I haven't been able to do as many interviews as I would have

liked to so far, but I am really excited about today's guest. He's one of my favorite people I've

ever encountered in the baseball world. It's Houston Astros pitching coach, Brent Strom.

We had a chance to sit down while we were in Monterey, Mexico earlier this month for the Mexico

series against the Angels. And he's got some amazing stories.

Stromi has 40 plus years of baseball experience, and he's probably forgotten more about the game than

most of us will ever hope to know. Today we talk about our similar debuts, even though they were

40 years apart, how baseball has helped him travel the world, and how Tommy John's surgery nearly
