I'm very excited for these next eight days, or as I'm calling it, eight nights of

Tyso. Starting today, Monday, through next Monday the 30th, eight different episodes, eight

different guests. It's been a ton of work. I just got back from the chiropractor. He's

so great, by the way. Find yourself a good chiropractor. And I have to record this intro.

I'm thinking I should shower. Look at me. Look at me. I'm a mess. I'm not shaving my

ears all over the place, but I thought I put in so much work. This past few weeks setting

all these up has been a huge undertaking that I'm very proud of, and they're so good, and

I'm so excited for you to see. I'm saying too many things. I don't know how much to talk about

the behind the scenes of the podcast versus just giving you the product. So it's also freezing.
