I've been doing breath work for a few years now and for me

it's been a game changer. Instead of having to relieve my anxiety by going

running or a whole yoga class I can do 15 minutes of breath work and I feel so much more grounded, centered, and just calm.

I got into breathwork after reading James Nesta's book about free diving.

After writing about free diving, James also got way more into breathing.
