Hey there and welcome back to the show. I am currently waiting in my car for an

appointment at my dermatologist's office. If you listen to the last episode I

told you guys that I have a suspicious little spot on my right cheek and with a

history now of having basil cell carcinoma they have to do a biopsy. So I'm

sitting here in the car and just reminding myself about the power of a

breathing. This is what I want to talk about today for today's episode. That

breath is life and when we go through stressful experiences throughout life when

we you know the universe throws us so many different curveballs and quite

often we never know what to expect and the name of the game is to get

comfortable with that uncertainty. So remembering to breathe helps

remembering to slow down and to allow that life force into your body as a

conscious practice. So what I've been doing is focusing on my breathing to calm

my anxiety and I invite you to do the same as well. If you ever find yourself
