In this week's series, you're guided on a Happiness journey following along with the guidelines of Dr. Sandi Mann, a psychologist from Manchester UK who wrote a book called, "10-Minutes to Happiness, A Journal that Will Change Your Life."
In each episode, you'll discover a time-tested question to boost your happiness that you can Journal about and also reflect on as you meditate.
This is day 3 of a 7-day 10-Minutes of Happiness meditation series, episodes 2208-2214. THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: You're invited to take part in a 10-Minutes of Happiness Journaling Quest.
