around us. In today's episode you are going to be guided using a breathing technique. This is a

breathing technique to calm your nervous system. This series is focused on the third yama from the yoga

sutras called Astea and this is the yama that has to do with non-stealing and you might think about

literally stealing something. But non-stealing can mean greed or

excessiveness in your thoughts, in your actions, in your words, and this can also translate to the reason

why someone would be inclined to steal.

It's often because of a sense of lack.

Maybe an actual lack of something physical, such as maybe not enough food or clothing. It could be that you don't have enough work or you don't have enough love in your relationship or you don't feel like you are worth it.

You don't feel like you have what it takes to be valued. This is a form of Astaya, the third yama of non-stealing.

When you feel you need something else, you may be inclined to take it. So stealing is often a form of lack. So as you consider your emotional state, you have a challenge this week and your challenge is actually a confidence
