Summary

"I've been able to tame my anxiety since I started meditating with you in January 2020. Even though I'm meditating while listening to the podcast, I feel connected to others who are listening with me." ~ Emily from Vancouver, British Colombia, Canada   Even before the pandemic, loneliness was considered to be an epidemic. Loneliness doesn't necessarily have to do with other people. You can feel quite content by yourself but you may feel alone in a crowd. You may even feel lonely with loved ones around you. Loneliness is more about feeling connected with others, yourself, and the world. Explore ways to feel more connected with meditation techniques all week long.   You're invited to join our Combatting Loneliness Challenge. Begin a new journey by trying something new, or reaching out to someone who needs help.

This is day 2 of a 7-day meditation series, Loneliness Project, episodes 2439-2445.
