Now before we get started, I want you to know that as we begin to

visualize breathing these colors, each color will match one of your seven chakras.

And as you breathe in the colors, Each one will travel within to the appropriate chakra.

Allowing your cleansing breath to clear the chakra of any negativity and then allowing you to exhale any impurities from that chakra through your breath.
