Summary

Your breath is the bridge between your mind and body. When you breathe consciously, you can directly influence both your mental and physical states. In this meditation, you are guided with a breathing technique to release toxic thoughts and the physical tension they create, allowing your body to naturally detoxify and restore balance.

THIS WEEK'S THEME:

Welcome to this week's themed meditation series! Be guided as you focus on a powerful mental cleanse. Just as you cleanse your physical body, your mind also accumulates toxins—negative thoughts, worries, and stressors. These mental toxins create tension, impact your physical health, and block your clarity. You'll explore specific techniques throughout the week to release these toxic thoughts, creating space for peace and rejuvenation, both mentally and physically.
