Summary
This short but powerful meditation is inspired by Ram Dass' book, Paths to God, in which he shares the way that Muktananda would meditate on his spiritual guru, Nityananda.

Imagine God or your favorite spiritual messenger is seated in front of you. Breathe them into your heart. Breathe in their Light. Breathe in the Love that they are. Become aware of this Love filling your entire being. And then move, speak, and act from this Love. Keep returning to this felt-Love. Let It be your new baseline. Be this Light, today and always.
