So for people who may not have heard our earlier shows,

maybe you can just do an overview of your research

and what led you up to this new film breakthrough.

Well, I've been at it for 50 years, and I guess you don't need to go through all the zigs and zags that I've been through.

But probably 20 years ago, I'm driving down the street and I, listening to a Pacifica radio station, and the guy mentions how the Nation magazine had printed this article

by Joseph McBride in which he cited a memo written by signed and written by Jared Gerh Hoover

five days after the assassination describing how a the FBI had given a report to the CIA on the CIA's

misguided anti-Castro Cubans and in this memo Hoover mentions down at the very bottom

that this report was given to mr. George Bush of the Central Intelligence Agency.

And at the time that McBride saw this,

Bush was vice president, was running for president,

and no one had ever heard that he had been a member of the Central Intelligence Agency before,

except for when he was the head of the Central Intelligence Agency.

Anyhow, that set me, Bush said that it wasn't him that was being referred to.

And this McBride, the guy, the author, investigated and found that, nope, that was him.
