Yo, parish orphans and retrogrades, happy Friday. Today is a special show because it's the day where we can definitively say female deacons are not going to happen in the early part of the Leo 14 papacy.

Remember, female deacons were a project of Pope Francis's. They were supposed to be the second or the third

Sont Golan Mafia agenda item. Pope Francis kept them open all 12 years, the possibility. He kept

saying, well, I can't do it at the Amazon Synod, but we're going to keep it alive. There's a

papal commission that has recently voted against ordaining women deacons.

Now, Leo the 14th allowed a report to be released to the public showing a short summary of

deliberations and final votes by this special commission. And these sessions were held 2021,

2022, and 2025.

The 10 members voted against ordaining women to the deacconate, but supported further study.

So it's not as interesting a story as it might initially seem.

Leo the 14th is just Francis too, and he's doing what Francis did. He knows what the zeitgeist is,

particularly because he's American. He's going to shut down current female deacons. They're going to

wait for a new 19 late 60s, 19 early 70s, where feminism comes back. It's very out right now. We're going to

talk some about our last two feminism shows today, but they're going to have to bide their time.

Leo knows this is not the time to do it. He kept it open just as Francis did. I'll give you some more
