I am thrilled to be here with you today. I am going to be coaching the lovely Miss Robin.

We had weight loss surgery. She lost quite a bit of weight and then gained a little bit back.

In this episode, we are going to be talking about, and this is a very common thing. Remember,

weight loss surgery is a different path, but it still is a difficult path. It is difficult

in other ways. Often times when we go through the process of weight loss surgery, we see

huge weight loss at first. It tapers off. We may find that the number we thought we were

going to achieve with the weight loss surgery still requires quite a bit of work even after

surgery. Then after time goes by, negative eating habits can still exist. You adjusting the

physical size of your stomach to eat less food doesn't fix the mental stuff. We have been

talking about here on the half size me show. In this, we talk a lot about her really

prioritizing working on her binge eating, becoming more comfortable with, say, tracking her

calories and learning what range of calories would work for her. I think there's a lot
