The House of Representatives controlled by the Republican Party

has passed a war powers resolution to reign in Donald Trump's illegal war in Iran.

The United States Senate previously advanced a similar resolution. Now the House of Representatives under Speaker Mike Johnson,

in a significant rebuke to the President of the United States,

has passed a war powers resolution.

It comes as Donald Trump and the White House are actively trying to shut down

and restrict media in the United States of America,

from CBS to CNN.

There is an urgent warning tonight from the president.
