Legal clock is ticking as we speak in the Bahamas right now.

Brian Hooker sits in custody.

It is 7.01 p.m. Eastern time on April 13th.

And in the next 19 minutes, the Bahamian police are supposed to release or charge Brian Hooker, potentially even with murder.

So we are literally on pins and needles here, waiting to see what the outcome will be,

as authorities are clearly running out of time.

I know that Brian Hooker's own attorney arrived at the jail just a few moments ago,

and she herself told reporters she has no idea what is going on and whether or not her client

will be charged. She says there's no evidence of murder. So will he be released? Will he be held

A couple, they were going to set sail in the Bahamas on April 4th, Saturday night.

The husband, Brian Hooker, says that Lynette fell overboard off their dingy,

and she took the key with her as she fell, which stopped the motor from working.

So the husband ended up paddling for hours on end,

getting to shore and then making a couple of calls before he finally reported that his wife

was missing. And a lot of people say that this smells and something just isn't sitting right.
