We had on me. Yes, exactly. Well, it's not that big of a deal. Totally predictable. So we did a show

last week on essentially what's happening in the real estate market, what's going to be happening in the real estate market, and why we think what we're predicting is true. I'm not going to talk too

So here was the bend of it, right?

Just the summary of it from our perspective.

There is no national real estate market, but there's no question that the real estate market,

especially the higher-in ones, are in correction mode.

I just sent a listing referral to one of our superstars. You guys know, I'm Frederick Ecklin. I just literally was exchanging

emails with them. And in New York, the real estate markets, over about $3 million,

are they're falling or they're flat. There's too much for sale. It's definitely a buyer's market.

That's happening all over the country.

There was a law that just passed in California.
