based in d, Texas.

He has been a principal in over 3,000 units. In 2012, he received the prestigious Paragon Award

as Independent Rental Owner of the Year from the National Apartment Association.

Very cool. Very cool. We like that. And in 2016 alone, Brad purchased 981 units totaling over 90 million bucks. So

Thank you. So you had a corporate background. Why don't you tell us a little about your story,

you jumped around the

corporate world a little bit and finally got into the multifamily game? Yeah, you know, my parents

taught me to study hard, get good grades, go to college, save my money, build a nest egg.

My dad never finished engineering school. He had three years of college, you know, so he worked for an engineer. So my parents sort of, you know, encouraged me and brainwashed me to become an engineer so I could have a great life, you know.

So that's what I did. I studied hard. I got good grades. I grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
