Thank you. So you had a corporate background. Why don't you tell us a little about your story,

corporate world a little bit and finally got into the multifamily game? Yeah, you know, my parents

taught me to study hard, get good grades, go to college, save my money, build a nest egg.

My dad never finished engineering school. He had three years of college, you know, so he worked for an engineer. So my parents sort of, you know, encouraged me and brainwashed me to become an engineer so I could have a great life, you know.

So that's what I did. I studied hard. I got good grades. I grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
