Coming to you Monday night, it's been a little bit longer getting the show up and I expect it.

It may have been a busy stretch since we've been together.

Recorded the Friday show Thursday, now I told you guys don't get it, don't get used to that.

Okay, it's it takes a lot out of me, but the reality of it is we had some time last week going to be a much busier week this week. It was a busy weekend for me as I had to run the spa as you guys know. A few of you even came down and floated and certainly appreciate that. The bride went to Arkansas to meet the grandson and to

celebrate our oldest Vivi's fifth birthday yeah so super excited you got to go but

when you run a couple of businesses somebody's got to be there and so as a result

I kind of put things on hold. I want to praise my crew

especially once you get through a draft there's not a lot of content. The month of July is a difficult content time for us,

Opportunities.

So you gotta grind a little bit.

That changes now.

We have our first media availability on Tuesday,

and it'll be packed.

The one time that we will speak to assistant coaches all season will take place on Tuesday.

And we'll have that content up for you right away.

We'll filter it out throughout the week.

That's a lot of content, and we're grateful for it.
