Well, not only will this year's NHL playoffs be different because of the world we live in,

0:09.6

these playoffs are also going to look different on television with no fans in the stands in Toronto or Edmonton,

0:15.7

and the look and the sound, at least here in D.C., is going to have a very heavy Annapolis influence

0:24.0

because three of us on this podcast today all live in Annapolis and in various ways have a lot to

0:31.2

say about how this is going to all play out. I obviously am hosting the pre-imposed game shows for

0:35.9

the Caps. Ryan Billy, who you guys all know, used to be on the podcast, a ton,

0:40.9

used to produce the pre-and-post game, now doing the games for NBC Sports Washington.

0:44.9

He's going to be producing from the studio in Bethesda because we can't travel.

0:50.8

And then we also have Annapolis's own Charlie Damire, who is the lead director for the

It's a lot to hope for, believe me.

1:25.2

Yeah, it is, in a lot of ways, it's a lot different than what we're

1:29.3

used to and what we're accustomed to of obviously working out of the truck. I mean, I should say

1:33.8

this is not totally unprecedented. We've done preseason games. This similarly, we've always had

1:40.5

control of cameras, however. It's a little different this year and how we're doing it because we don't.

1:46.2

The way this is set up is a broadcast team will be doing pretty much doing the games from the Hub Cities.

1:53.3

We'll pick up on the feeds.

1:55.0

We will have cameras that we can use for ourselves, but we're going to be more reliant on the world feed, as it's

2:02.5

called, to deliver the game to us. So for us, it's strange to do a show from a studio for

2:08.5

Jobian Locker. They're pros, but it's a different environment for them, for sure. But for us,
