So a quick update. I have been nomadic for a few months now. You we sold the house man traveling around in the motor home and decided to me and our way back to the port orange Daytona Beach area.

We're going to buy a house got here on Tuesday under contract by Thursday afternoon boom just like that done.

Now there's a nice story behind how I got it to happen actually got a really cool place to really neat rapport with the listing agents and everybody in the real estate world I was working with.

And ended up really kind of shooting right to the top of the pile. I'm going to share that story with you this week is I think a lot of folks are going through that right now. It's very, very frustrating.
