Thank you. every day. Let's dig right in. So recently in my life, I have made some really great habit improvements.

Or to clarify that, I have gone back to really great habits that I used to have,

and I kind of got out of sync with some great habits that I had. Let's go back a few months.

I had some really awful long-term winter illnesses, just some of those that you catch a virus

and you just can't let it go. I had two of those

back to back this winter, followed by hernia surgery. Yay. So my life in the last three, four

months has been a lot. And my goal was to figure out, okay, I know this is a tough season. I know that tough season to happen.

I know that I love great healthy habits and I can get back to them. But I want to get back to

them in a better way. I want to be able to kind of reinvent myself with habits that are going to

stick around. And this is the real big challenge

that I've not yet been tested on. Can I create new habits that work when things are going well

and even when things are not? This is possible, though very challenging. And so one thing I've

really focused on is asking that question, how can I create
