Additionally, unneeded elements remain such as the imminent domain clause. It feels like this is all just a head fake meant to appease

the public into thinking that all politicians, or that the politicians are trying to do the

well of the people. Furthermore, it's been over a year since David Grush testified and we've seen no progress.

What, if anything, will ever compel the government to disclose, are we insane to think this will ever happen?

Now if you remember part one Dan, I did say Fred can be quite sceptical and pessimistic.

So on that we've got the elements of the questionnaire, Dan done that the NDA looks unlikely to pass I'll say I agree

We might get some aspects of it through but I don't think any of the the big stuff will

I don't think that's true. I think there's been a lot of stuff happened in that time.

Just what's happening in the background with the whole whistleblower process. The hearings were going to have in November I don't think

necessarily happen without what grush done.
