1:26.1 | genes that switched on after the sprints is long gone whereas if you finish that long ride with those |
1:31.5 | sprints those genes are switched on so you can get a slightly different adaptive effect depending |
1:36.4 | on how you close a ride so then everyone who does like their long ride a group ride it's kind of slow |
