0:15.3

Rob Dyle and today we're going to be talking about your limitations. I was on the webinar

0:20.9

today and we had over a thousand people that joined so if you weren't able to join

0:24.8

in on the 2020 goal setting webinar, I apologize. We got completely full. There were no more

0:30.4

spots left so if you went and you tried to sign up, I apologize. We filled up on the

0:34.8

spots and we can only allow a thousand people on a time and there are no replays which

0:39.5

you know sucks about as well. But anyways, going back to it, someone asked the question.

0:43.5

1:20.8

mile, to run a mile and under four minutes. It was physically impossible. They literally

1:25.5

said, doctors said that the human heart would explode. It was impossible. And then in 1954,

1:32.1

Roger Bannister ran it in three minutes, 59.4 seconds. He showed that it was possible.

1:37.9

And what's crazy is once he showed that it was possible, people stopped limiting themselves

1:43.0

within two years, over 300 people ran a mile and under four minutes. Let me say that again.

1:50.5

Nobody in the history of mankind ran a mile and under four minutes in two years after

1:56.5

one person did it and proved it was possible. 300 people ran a mile and under four minutes.
