experience. And I couldn't have done it without you. Today is our first break the stigma segment.

It's Session No. 4. And today we will have Nancy Salas. Nancy Salas was born in Nayari, Mexico. From a young age, she had to overcome many

feelings and obstacles. She became a mother at the young age of 16, and for many years, she was a young

single mother of two. Present day, you will learn that she is now a mother of two beautiful girls

and one beautiful boy. Nancy Salas is part of the reality changers,

a YouTube channel with music covers and family vlogs from the Narvaezza's family,

a musically inclined family from San Diego, Nancy's family. In this session, we talked about

Nancy's childhood, specifically about her self-destructive patterns from childhood and the mental health

realities she went through. Nancy struggled with self-mutilation, which is another word for cutting,

after her family hit a secret about her mother from her. We talked about her psychological perspectives

that helped her recover from grieving her mom, setting boundaries with her family,

and she disclosed to us when she began therapy and how it helped her. We just jumped right
