occasionally I watch the odd reality show like The Housewives. And it's one of my guilty pleasures.

It's how I relax and escape into a different world. And our next guest is my dear friend Matt Anderson. He is an executive

producer of reality shows. So we're going to talk about the reality of reality, the impact it has on

our lives, and we're probably going to spill the tea. So welcome to the show, Matt Anderson.

And I'm so pleased to have you here on the show for so many reasons.

First of all, it was love at first sight when I met

you. You're very dear to my heart. Likewise. Should we tell everyone about like what we did the first

And like, we just decided to crash Grammy parties. Like essentially, our friend Kerry, who's a very

well-connected agent, had passes to a bunch

of the record company parties, and he did not want to go. And you and I were hanging out at his house,

probably drinking, I don't know, doing something. No, would we do that? And we decided to go.

And we went to, like, really major Grammy parties. Like, remember, like, Gwen
