This week it's a former Israeli ambassador to the United States, Michael Oren, and obviously we've got a lot to talk about with Israel,

with the war, with anti-Semitism, and that's going to be a very interesting conversation.

And today we do what we call our brands of the week.

These are the brands that are up, they're down, who's shaping the

Zayke case? Let's get right into it. A huge, huge, huge brand down for the Supreme Court. As you

all know yesterday the Supreme Court came out with a ruling granting it seems like

partial immunity but I it seems like almost total immunity to the president

with the next part with a real possibility of a next president being

Donald Trump.

It's frightening.

Basically what they're saying in the most simple terms is that a president does not have immunity

if they do something criminal as a personal act, but if it's anything done as an official

act they have immunity and the problem with that is a very blurry line for instance

in in justice certimire's dissenting opinion, she gives an example, what if the president

says, gets seal team six Navy SEALs to assassinate a political opponent?

He's doing that officially as a president.

Can he do that?

Is he immune from prosecution there?
